UCCNC 2022 Screenset
The 2022 Screenset for UCCNC is a simplified screenset in HD (1920x1080) format, with added features to make UCCNC more powerful, and easier to use.
Features:
• Z axis Auto Zero macro - no need to scour the internet to find an auto zero macro, and spend hours getting it to work with your machine. The 2022 screenset has a Z axis auto zero macro that's ready to run.
• Semi Automatic tool change macro that automatically zero's tools after a manual tool change. Allows you to easily run programs requiring multiple tools. Just change the tool when prompted, and the 2022 Screenset automatically handles the zeroing of the new tool.
• 3 Park Positions - Aavailable from onscreen buttons, and can be called from MDI or g-code
• XY Probing Operations. The 2022 Screenset coomes with a variety of basic probing operations, allowing for edge, corner, and pocket probing, as well as center finding.
Requirements:
The 2022 Screenset requires a licensed copy of the UCCNC control software, and a supported motion controller.
UCCNC versions 1.2113 or 1.2115 required.
The following CNC Drive motion controllers are supported:
UC100
UC300-USB with either M44 or 5LPT motherboards.
UC300ETH with either M44, M45, or 5LPT motherboards
UC300ETH with UB1 Breakout/Motherboard (requires UCCNC version 1.2043 or later)
UC400ETH

The Z axis Auto Zero macro requires a plate wired and configured to the UCCNC Probe Input, which triggers the input when the tool touches the plate. The plate is required to be placed under the tool at the desired location.
Automatic Z zeroing during toolchanges requires a second plate wired to the probe input, mounted to the machine in a permanent, fixed position accessible by the tool.
Home switches are required. Auto Zero macros will not function until the machine has been homed.
Limitations (Missing UCCNC Features):
The UCCAM module of UCCNC is not included in the 2022 Screenset.
The Default UCCNC Probing is not included. The 2022 screenset contains it's own simplified probing routines.
The Help screen (list of G and M codes) from the Default screenset is not included.

For users that want to customize their 2022 screenset, I'm offering the source files used to create the screenset. This consists of complete grouped and layered Photoshop files for all screen pages, and all buttons used. This allows you to easily modify the background images to suit your needs.
Also included is the complete 2022 plugin source code. The plugin is written in VB.net, using Visual Studio 2010. The plugin contains the code to control all the 2022 checkboxes, probing routines, Z axis Auto Zero and other functionality.
